Brenda Herd

Based in the glorious county of North Yorkshire, South African born Brenda, is a UK based mixed media artist who is adventurous in her approach to each piece of art she creates. Being a professional artist for the last 26 years and having completed many successful commissions from both corporate and domestic clientele, she enjoys working with a range of different art mediums, including resins, oils, acrylics and timber. Making all the materials she creates with work together is her passion. Creating unique, interesting artworks while finding inspiration in her surroundings such as landscapes, seascapes, reflections in nature and really paying attention to all things beautiful. Painting from her studio at home she continues to bring her perspective of balance and creativity to her canvases.
